The aim of our courses is to ensure that anyone from the armed forces
(British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force) and any
age can learn the skills and gain the confidence to take up tiling as a full
time profession as part of their resettlement.
Our tiling courses will cover these points and more:

- Which adhesives, grouts and
tools to use and when to use them
- How to set out the tiling
job
- How to cut and fix tiles
- How to cut and fix tiles
around odd shapes
- How to grout and polish
- How to use silicone
- What to do when you finish
your course
- Becoming self-employed
- How and where to advertise
- How to estimate and how to
price work accurately
- How to deal with customers
Once you have completed a PTS Training tiling course you
will be at a competent level to start your own business, but we don't stop
the support and help there, we offer a FREE advice line 5 days a week (7am and 7pm) for product queries, problem solving etc to help keep you on track.
Tiling courses include unlimited use of tiles, tools and adhesives at the training centre.
Our instructors have many years of experience.
Our aim is to ensure that by the time you leave you will know exactly how to
advertise your services, how to price work and how to give the customer an
expertly finished job.
We accept trainees from any age and any working background whether British Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force we have experience in training members of the armed forces as part of their resettlement.
Tiling is one of, if not the best paid trades. With our
help, you can be part of it.
We can also assist in opening trade accounts with your local tiling companies.
